PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY

1. COMPLETION DATE

Davenport Memorial Glass timeline varies based on time from when ashes are received

2. SHIPPING ASHES

All we need is a teaspoon of ashes (per piece of glass ordered) along with your contact info (name/number/address) if you have your order number that will help.

There will be an additional $25 charge to send any additional ashes back. Please only send a teaspoon per item ordered. We will spread any remaining ashes in our beautiful north Idaho forests upon request. 

Once your package has arrived you will receive a call to go over the order and make sure we’ve got it to right. 

Orders typically take about two weeks to complete and ship. Due to the high volume of emails, that could change. 

3. ELECTRONIC COMMERCE LAWS.

The client agrees that the client is solely responsible for complying with such laws, taxes and tariffs, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Davenport Memorial Glass and its subcontractors from any claim, suit, penalty, tax or tariff arising from the client’s exercise of Internet electronic commerce.

4. PAYMENTS

Refunds are a case by case.Payments must be made promptly based on the agreed schedule.

5. LEGAL NOTICE

Davenport Memorial Glass stands behind our glass art. Any purchased product is a piece of art and varys.

6. THIS AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the sole agreement between Davenport Memorial Glass and the client regarding glass art products purchase from this website. Any additional work not specified in this contract must be authorized by a written request. All prices specified in this website are subject to change.

7. AMENDMENT

This agreement may be modified or amended if the amendment is made in writing and is signed by both parties.

8. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

9. WAIVER OF CONTRACTUAL RIGHT

The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of limitation of that party’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this agreement.

10. NOTICES

Any notice, direction or other communication given under this Agreement shall be in writing and given by sending it via e-mail or via regular mail. In the case of e-mail, valid notice shall only have been deemed to have been given when an electronic confirmation of delivery has been obtained by the sender, in the case of notice to us to inf@davenportmemorialglass.com or authorized representative, in the case of notice to you, at the e-mail address provided by you in this agreement, in your WHOIS record for the website domain name or as updated from time to time. Mail shall be sent to:

Disclaimer

All sales are final upon completion of your order. Orders can only be refunded or changed before the shipping process. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including returns. Sizes, shapes, tones/colors may vary due to the nature of our hand made art glass. The ashes will sometimes turn black upon encasement in glass. While most ashes appear white in the glass, we are unable to determine or make any changes to the nature of this happening.
