Shipping Ashes to Davenport Memorial Glass
All we need is a teaspoon of ashes (per piece of glass ordered) except for Flower Urns which take 2 table spoons.

There will be an additional $25 charge to send any additional ashes back. Please only send a teaspoon per item ordered to avoid the extra fees.
